Medical Review Board
Purpose
Clinical reviewers are licensed, qualified professionals whose credentials are verified before any "medically reviewed" label appears. Articles published without such review carry an explicit "editorially verified. Not independently reviewed by a clinician" label instead; the two labels are never mixed.
Qualification bar
Reviewers must hold a current license in a relevant clinical field and have no undisclosed conflicts affecting the topics they review. Credentials are checked before appointment. Never assumed from a title alone.
How review is shown
When review occurs, the article records the reviewer's name, the review date, and the scope reviewed, all visible to readers. The workflow is documented in our review process.
[Reviewer placeholder. No reviewers appointed yet. This page will list real names, credentials, and review scope only.]
